LaShantée is a rising star supporting professionals in Music Business with a background as a Cosmetologist and Salon Trainer. LaShantée's artistic abilities reach far beyond the salon after later making the decision to attend Full Sail University for Music Business. Her love for music has always been evident. Although she is a newcomer to the music business, she is not new to business or managing talent.

 

With her business savvy sense, she has effectively shown herself as a leader by driving sales, demonstrating client management, project management, time management, employee management, and personal organization skills while easily thriving in a fast-paced environment. She displays great communication skills to include conflict management, strong problem-solving skills, and paying attention to details to achieve quality service in a professional environment.

LaShantée is the co-owner of Green Legacy Entertainment and Parker & Pierce Agency where she works with producer/songwriter, Lorenzo 'SoLouVine' Green and represents many artists/talents. She networks with various artists, producers, DJs, radio personalities, podcasters, influencers, bloggers and other music and entertainment professionals while constantly building a sustainable business network.

 

She is member of the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment (NABFEME) and the Music Business Association. Currently, she works as an Emerging Talent Associate, A&R at Warner Music Group. Ms. Evans formerly worked with Zobe Records, Treble Girl Entertainment and Ryse Up Music Technology company. She works with talented artists, producers, songwriters, and other industry professionals. She can assist on artist development, promoting, branding and marketing strategies if budget permits.
