Personal Development
and Leadership
As a music business professional, I created a timeline of goals and personal development plan in a multimedia format. The plan includes a list of organizations, innovative companies, and industry clubs to join on LinkedIn and on campus to immerse myself in the entertainment business.

Executive Leadership
To compare Robert Greene's and John C. Maxwell's leadership styles and how it relates to my personal management style—selecting the most remarkable attributes and discovering my weakness to improve. Also, I wrote a research paper on music business leader Sylvia Rhone and studied her significance in her profession.

Project and Team Management

Business Storytelling and Brand Development
Parker & Pierce explored building a brand presence and consumer market for our startup business. Also, we developed a brand strategy to strengthen our branding through storytelling principles. The business brand canvas pinpoints the target audience, revenue stream, and monthly overhead items.

Entertainment Business Finance
Parker & Pierce created a pro forma monthly income statement for the first year of my entertainment business startup for our event venue and restaurant for independent talent. The Legacy Lounge Bar & Grill is estimated to break even and meet sales objectives within the first year. Through these pre-planned activities, research, and data collection, the proposal tells a multi-faceted story to potential investors or lenders.

Negotiation and Deal-Making
Our company seeks a win-win approach while having a BATNA if the outcome favors the other party it's more like a lose-win situation. It's alway favorable idea to research the other party for industry standards to hold your ground in deal making.

Digital Marketing
Parker & Pierce Agency researched and built a strategic overview for our startup company for a digital campaign in this course. The campaign uses integrated marketing such as long tail phrases, social media marketing, branded content, keywords, SEO, and learning about software like Google Analytics to help measure KPIs for SMART goal management, drive organic and paid traffic, and brand awareness.
