Professional Summary

LaShantée Evans graduated valedictorian from Full Sail University’s Music Business program. Her educational efforts have earned her the Business Law Course Director Award and the Advanced Achievement Award. Her achievements reach beyond the classroom as she received the Monster Leadership Award. She completed her bachelor’s education in August 2021 and pursuing her master’s in Entertainment Business.

Her love for music and helping others, along with her business mindset has always been evident. Although she is a newcomer in the music industry, she is no stranger to business or management. She has worked as an Emerging Talent Associate, A&R at Warner Music Group,  A&R/Talent Scout intern at Zobe Records, Treble Girl Entertainment, and the music technology company Ryse Up. LaShantee excels as an artist manager bridging the gap between emerging talents: artists, producers, songwriters, and other industry professionals.

LaShantée is the co-owner of Parker & Pierce Agency, artist management, artist development, and audio production company. She has built a sustainable business network with various artists, producers, DJs, radio personalities, podcasters, influencers, bloggers, music and entertainment professionals. She has keen business acumen. By promoting sales, demonstrating customer management, time management, employee management, and personal organization skills, she has effectively demonstrated her position as a leader while prospering easily in a fast-paced environment. She has demonstrated excellent communication skills, including conflict management, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail to achieve quality service in a professional environment. 

LaShantée is a member of the National Association of Black Female Executives in Music & Entertainment, Women in Music, and the Music Business Association.
